Within the scope of applicable legal requirements, if we provide your personal data to third parties for uses which have not been specified in the Notice, we will provide you with a separate notice and obtain your consent.
If the applicable laws, regulations or government decides so from time to time, we will give you further necessary notices before transmitting your personal data outside of China, and make necessary safety assessment for such data transmission, and submit it to competent authorities in China for necessary safety assessment purposes.
Any legislations, regulations, or rules which take effect after the date of this Addendum will be deemed applicable to it immediately, and replace any contradicting terms and conditions hereof.
