Most of our customers decide to train onsite at RWE plants/mines and maximize their learning experience by receiving hands-on advice from RWE peers. However, in order to safe you travel cost and time, we offer alternative training setups, such as web based training and virtual classrooms for long distance learning customized to your needs. In addition we offer a range of on-demand workshops that can be presented at site to in-house staff.
RWE has developed customized staff trainings and workshops, that focus on geotechnical, operational, maintenance, safety and management topics relevant to open pit mining and power plants. Each course is structured in modules which can be tailored to local conditions and existing knowledge of staff.
